Most CrossFit athletes spend countless hours developing their fitness, strength, and skills, yet very few are ever taught how to compete.

At the RX and elite level, the difference between athletes is often not fitness alone. Success comes from understanding workout demands, making smart decisions, adapting to changing situations, and executing effectively under pressure. Despite being critical to performance, these skills are rarely taught in a structured way.

In this 3-hour workshop, we'll use gymnastics and barbell movements to explore the importance of versatility and how a broad, adaptable skill set can create opportunities to gain an advantage in competition.

We'll also break down the process of analysing CrossFit workouts, identifying the factors that will determine success, and building a strategy based on both the event demands and your own strengths as an athlete. You'll learn practical tools to improve pacing, movement selection, transitions, and decision-making during workouts. 

Designed specifically for RX and elite athletes, this workshop focuses on the often-overlooked side of competition performance—helping you bridge the gap between the fitness you have and the results you're capable of achieving on the competition floor.
